The Annual Meeting of Members took place on May 28, 2020, re-electing Beretta, Diener, Packer and Patchin for three-year terms
The NORCAL Mutual Board of Directors met virtually for the Annual Meeting of Members on Thursday, May 28. During the Annual Meeting, policyholder members re-elected Sandra L. Beretta, MD; Scott Diener; Steven Packer, MD; and Rebecca J. Patchin, MD to the board for three-year terms.
The NORCAL Mutual Board is comprised of nine directors representing an array of medical specialties and business backgrounds. Dr. Beretta is an OB/GYN; Mr. Diener is the president and CEO of NORCAL Group; Dr. Packer is the president and CEO of Montage Health and its related companies, including Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula, Monterey, California; and Dr. Patchin is a retired anesthesiologist who practiced pain medicine for 22 years.
